1) Locate the item you wish to purchase from the list.
2) Click the "BUY" button located next to the item price.
3) Click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to
the product page and select another item. Items can be
removed and/or quantities adjusted as needed on the
shopping cart page. You must click the "Update" button
to implement your changes.
4) Click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.
There is a "Preferred Ship To" box where you can enter
the address you want your order shipped to if different
than the address you have registered with PayPal.
A shipping confirmation will be sent by email when
the order has been shipped. |

Mail-in
Use this method when you
prefer to submit an order by
mail.
All checks must clear before
items are shipped. This also
applies to all money orders
except US Postal Money
Orders which are treated like
cash.

1) Locate the item you wish to purchase from the list.
2) Click the "BUY" button located next to the item price.
3) Click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to
the product page and select another item. Items can be
removed and/or quantities adjusted as needed on the
shopping cart page. You must click the "Update" button
to implement your changes.
4) Once the cart contains all the items you intend to
order, print the shopping cart page by right-clicking
anywhere on the page and selecting "print" from the
gray dialog box that appears.
5) After the shopping cart page has been printed, click
the "Checkout" button to advance to the checkout page.
The checkout page will show the subtotal for the items
in the shopping cart and the shipping cost. Add these
two amounts together to get the total amount of your
payment.
6) Mail the shopping cart page you printed and your
payment to the following address:

Our standard shipping rates cover insured, regular ground shipping throughout the USA and US territories. Most domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours. The US Postal Service is used for most smaller orders. Larger orders are usually shipped by UPS. Most shipments take 2 to 5 days to arrive depending on the destination and size of the order. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email when the order has been shipped.
Note: Method used for shipping is solely at our discretion. We do not offer any other shipping methods beyond those described above at this time.

Our toner is warranted to be free from defect and to be
100% compatible with the cartridge for which it is intended.

Our Return Policy

All products returned for credit must be returned undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of shipment. All products returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee bases on a case by case basis. The current restocking fee is as follows: 25% of the current list price including our actual shipping charges. we require an email correspondence from you prior to any return.
